It has been quite a while since I've posted anything. Adilyn and I stayed in SLC for an extra 10 days so Addy could meet "Uncle Parker" who returned from his mission in Brazil. It was nice to stay but we missed "Daddy" terribly. We've been back a week and are going stir-crazy! Adilyn has hit many milestones lately and I want to post pictures and video but in our temporary apartment we have to work off Tim's laptop and it isn't as easy as with our desktop. Anyhoo, I can at least fill you in on our exciting stuff.
-Adilyn finally broke her first tooth....about time, she's 9 months old! On the other hand, what mother is happy when her child is teething??!! I think she's getting another because she's not sleeping! AAHHH!!
-She started crawling!!! She is so funny because when she gets on a roll, she starts to giggle because she realizes she can go wherever she desires. She is NOT happy if you are behind a closed door though, bad day in Addy's world! :)
-She's pulling herself up on EVERYTHING! I do mean everything.....Tim and I heard her laughing the other night and when we looked over, she had her arms wrapped around Calvin and had used him to pull herself up to standing. Such good dogs though, they just take her abuse! This does mean though that we're beginning the bumps and bruises stage. She's a tough gal and she doesn't cry or let it stop her, she just get's right back up and tries again. That's my gal!
There may be some other things but I need to go to bed since Adilyn was up in the night and I haven't been sleeping. Hopefully soon I can share something visual of our little munchkin!

Wow! I'm surprised you posted again. JK. That is so awesome that Adilyn is hitting all those milestones. Now it sounds like it is time to start putting the latches on all the doors and child proofing the house. That is so cute that she uses the dogs for leverage to get up on things. That is so funny. Your dogs are troopers.
wow - you sure did go to bed early! Or maybe I'm just up too late. Either way, good for you. Adilyn is super-duper cute. When she crawled over to me today I wanted to scoop her up and squeeze her. if I get feeling 100% better, you can bet I will. It has been so nice having you here in Altus. Stir-crazy, i know about that!
It is good to hear from you again! I can't believe Addy is 9 months old!! When did that happen? It is so fun to watch them reach all the new milestones! Wish I could see her do them all in person! Post pictures soon! Love ya! Tiff
I just love all the first's....I can't wait for Addison to start doing those things too. Here is my email address jjbrat@gmail.com. I would love to catch up on all you have been doing the past, what ten years! Crazy! Hope your doing good.
So I very much wish that I could've witnessed the pull up on Calvin. What a little character. I bet she's gotten so grown up and darling. We do wish that we could be bored together with you. I told Paul about the accompanist fiasco in RS, and he got a kick out of it. Thanks for sharing your stories. We miss you lots.
Hey Crista,
It's sounds crazy there. Kids are so fun though. My baby just turned 3 and I really miss the baby stages. Next time you are here we'll have to get together. You have a very cute family and I hope all goes well in Oklahoma!
